General Info

Childhood is supposed to be a time to be carefree, learn, grow, and play; but when a child is diagnosed with cancer their lives become filled with stress, worry, isolation, and many physical and emotional side effects. At Indian Summer Camp, these children can build friendships with others who understand their circumstances. They gain confidence and build self reliance. We provide amazing experiences so they can have fun being normal kids again. After all, that’s what being a kid is all about!

Because we understand that cancer is a family disease, we strive to address each family member’s individual needs. Through our Sibling Camp and Quarterly Events programs, families of children with cancer are able to take part in recreational activities with others going through similar circumstances.

All of our programs are designed to help children with cancer and their families have enjoyable, positive expereinces, create valuable memories and enhance their quality of life both as individuals and famlies.

"Until cancer's cured...there's CAMP!"
