As the presenting sponsor of our annual summer camp, you provide the funding necessary for the basic operating costs. Your sponsorship helps to cover the facility rent, meals, camper recruitment, and training of volunteer staff for our camp. The "Presenting Sponsor” ensures that our camp can run successfully. You will receive prominent billing as the "Presenting Sponsor” in all media releases and your organization’s logo will be placed on the commemorative camp t-shirt (if committed by May). Your organization’s name and logo will also appear in pre & post-camp mailings to participants. In addition, your organization will be featured in our newsletter sent to camp participants, volunteers, and supporters. Your sponsorship will also be included in our annual report and your logo will appear on our website.

Our campers and volunteers are pleasantly surprised by how good the food we serve at Indian Summer Camp is. With all the fun the kids have at camp, they work up quite an appetite! As the sponsor of our dining hall, you play a critical role in the success of camp. Your investment provides kitchen supplies, snacks, and some meals for our campers and staff throughout the week. As the dining hall sponsor, you will receive sponsorship signage in the dining hall all week (including during family check-in) and your group’s name will appear in related related publicity. Your sponsorship will also be included in our annual report and in our summer newsletter.

Cabin Sponsor: "TEPE SPONSOR”                                                                                             $7,000

Each cabin serves as a home for each camper during the week, and the grouping becomes their family during the week. Each cabin consists of 4-5 volunteer counselors and an average of 10 campers. During the week, participants share fun as well as some of their most intimate feelings. Children who have already experienced the impact of cancer support those newly affected by the disease. Your financial support at this level provides this camp family with the opportunities to build important peer relationships during difficult times in their lives. You will receive signage on the cabin(s) you sponsor and a photo of the campers that benefited from your support. Your sponsorship will also be included in our annual report.

Campers take many memories home from camp, and special mementos make these memories even more vivid. By sponsoring the memorabilia items, you will ensure keepsakes for each camper. Your sponsorship helps cover the costs of camp t-shirts, cabin & camp photos, and other keepsakes given out each year to campers.
